  • How Do HALO T-Shirt Hair Towels Reduce Frizz?
    Our jersey knit cotton has a super low surface area that minimizes frizz by reducing friction to the hair cuticle which prevents breakage and split ends.
  • What are the benefits of the HALO hair towel fabric?
    HALO hair towels are made with 100% cotton ensuring a thick but smooth surface for your hair. Terry cloth, microfiber, or synthetic blends can cause friction and lead to frizz, the softness of cotton minimizes hair cuticle disruption which means reduced frizz. They also wick away excess moisture without stripping your hair of its natural oils. Opting for 100% cotton promotes sustainability, as it is a biodegradable material that has a lower environmental impact compared to synthetic alternatives.
  • Why is the HALO t-shirt towel not soft?
    Our HALO t-shirt hair towel may not feel super soft to the touch because it’s designed with a tightly woven, low-surface-area jersey knit. This structure is intentional—it minimizes friction on your hair, which helps prevent frizz and breakage. Unlike plush fabrics that can tug on strands, our flat, absorbent weave is gentle on hair, leaving it smoother and healthier after every use.
  • How do I care for my HALO t-shirt hair towel?
    Guess what? Your cotton t-shirt hair towel gets even more absorbent after washing! Speaking of which, just toss it in the machine on cold, maybe a touch of non-chlorine bleach if it's feeling funky. Give it a gentle cycle and air dry or a low tumble dry. Note: These are natural fibers. Make sure not to leave them wet for too long or they can get moldy (ie: in the bottom of your hamper with other wet towels). Hanging them to dry is the best way to dry between hair washings.
  • Wash Before Using?
    We recommend washing the towel first upon receiving it. It's never a bad idea to wash a fabric product before using it. However, it is your up to you! Our hair towels are freshly produced with organic 100% cotton before packaging and shipping.
  • What are the benefits of using a scalp massager?
    Our silicone scalp massagers help boost blood flow to the scalp, promoting healthy hair growth while gently exfoliating to remove buildup. They’re also perfect for a relaxing self-care routine!
  • Can I use the scalp massager on wet or dry hair?
    Absolutely! You can use it on wet hair during your shampoo routine or on dry hair to stimulate the scalp. Either way, it’s gentle and effective.
  • Is the silicone scalp massager safe for sensitive scalps?
    Yes! Our scalp massager is designed with soft, flexible bristles to ensure it’s safe and comfortable for all scalp types, including sensitive ones.
  • How do I clean my silicone scalp massager?
    Rinse it thoroughly after each use, and let it air dry. For a deeper clean, use mild soap or shampoo to remove any residue.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is free for orders over $20. Shipping costs for orders under $20 are based on current USPS rates. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available, with rates determined by USPS pricing.   • How are shipping rates calculated?
    Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the current USPS rates. For orders under $20, costs are determined by the weight and destination of your package. Orders over $20 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited options like USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail are also available, with rates determined by USPS pricing.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, OOF! offers free standard shipping on orders over $20 within the contiguous U.S. For detailed shipping policies, visit our Shipping and Returns page.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed, which may take up to 2 business days. Expedited options like USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail offer faster delivery times, usually within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 11 a.m. CT on weekdays ship the same day, while orders placed after 11 a.m., on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We’re working to expand our shipping options internationally in the future. Stay tuned!
  • Can I track my order? How do I do that?
    Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
  • What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@weareoof.com or sent a text to 512-222-7847. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Yes, we offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail for faster delivery. Rates are based on current USPS pricing and are available for shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be happy with your purchase! OOF! accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within 30 days from the delivery date.   • Do I have to pay to return the item?
    Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most circumstances unless the return is due to a damaged item.
  • What is your return process and how long does it take?
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are for the product price only and do not include shipping costs unless the item was damaged. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing times.
  • What is Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)?
    Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is a group of connective tissue disorders that affect the body's collagen, the protein that provides structure and elasticity to skin, ligaments, blood vessels, and organs. The most common symptoms of EDS include chronic widespread pain, extreme fatigue, stretchy skin, joint hypermobility and instability, as well as bruising and poor wound healing. There are also many possible co-occurring symptoms from POTS (Dysautonomia) to GI Issues.
