Shipping and Returns

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

 

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We do not deliver orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Thank you so much for your patience as we work to expand to an international presence.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping using USPS Ground Advantage for orders over $20 is free. Shipping for orders under $20 will be calculated based on current USPS shipping rates. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are available for your order, with rates determined by current USPS pricing. Orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. (Central Time) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. (CT) or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is available only to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. OOF! accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. OOF! accepts returns on eligible reduced-price (or “sale”) items within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you.

 

Requests for a refund/exchange can be made by sending an email to info@weareoof.com or just send a quick text to 512-222-7847.

 

Receiving a Return

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of damaged items.

 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price.

 

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
